Police officers in Westhoughton have carried out a drugs raid on Hindley Road, resulting in the arrest of a 41-year-old man on suspicion of possessing Class B drugs with intent to supply.
The operation was conducted by the Bolton West Neighbourhood Team on the morning of 22 January. During the raid, officers seized a quantity of cannabis and cash from the property.
Following the arrest, the suspect has been bailed pending further enquiries, including forensic examination of the seized items.
A spokesperson for Bolton Police confirmed that investigations are ongoing and urged residents to report any concerns about drug-related activity in their communities.
