Westhoughton Town Hall will remain closed for the foreseeable future after it was revealed that the building requires a full roof replacement—despite £900,000 already being spent on repairs.
The issue came to light during a recent Bolton Council meeting, where it was confirmed that water continues to leak into the building, making it impossible to reopen in the near future.
